How the live classes work:
On Mondays and Fridays, join a live 35-minute Weights and Core class.
On Tuesdays and Thursdays, join a live 35-minute yoga class.
On Tuesdays, check in on your progress and participate in a live Special Focused Topic Masterclass relevant to your health!
The classes are on Zoom (and recorded), so you can attend later in the day if the time doesn't work for you. You will also have access to the Content Library, with over 500 classes.
In addition to the live yoga and weight training classes, you also get four live Focused Topic Masterclasses.

After the initial four weeks, you will get access to an additional month of live classes with the ongoing Strong Women community.
You will learn the science behind your bone loss and take it with you wherever you go after the program.
Each week, you get invitations in your inbox to attend four classes: two live Weights & Core classes, and two Yoga-Inspired Movement classes.
After the initial four weeks, you and the other Jumpstarters will join my long-term members who will give you additional support and encouragement. These classes are an hour earlier than the Jumpstart classes.
