In just 5 weeks, together, we will:

  • Build strength safely at home with weight-bearing exercises designed for reversing osteopenia and osteoporosis.

  • Improve balance and flexibility with yoga tailored to protect your spine and joints.

  • Understand your bones—why they weaken after menopause and what you can do about it.

  • Fuel your body with the right nutrition education to support bone and muscle health.

  • Gain confidence knowing you’re following a proven plan for lifelong bone strength and fall prevention.

You don’t have to worry about what the right exercises to do are, we tell you and show you.

How the live classes will run:

  • On Mondays and Fridays, join a live 35-minute Weights and Core class.

  • On Tuesdays and Thursdays, join a live 35-minute yoga class.

  • On Tuesday evenings, check in on your progress and participate in a live Special Focused Topic Masterclass relevant to your health!

The classes are live on ZOOM and recorded, so you can do them later in the day if the time doesn't work for you. You will also have access to the Content Library, with over 350 classes.

In addition to the live yoga and weight training classes, you also get four live Focused Topic Masterclasses.

Each week, you get two live Weights & Core classes, two Yoga-Inspired Movement classes, and a focused Masterclass on topics specific to bone loss. The fifth week is your week to see how long-term members are working out and supporting one another.
