Exactly what you get in Strong Women, Strong Bones
In 5 weeks, together we will:
learn how to lift weights at home (weight-bearing exercise)
learn the basics of yoga
learn how to build bone and why you lose it after menopause
get the nutrition you require for a strong lifestyle
and feel confident that you are doing exactly what you need for your optimal bone health.
You don’t have to worry about what the right exercises to do are, we tell you and show you.
How the live classes will run:
On Mondays and Fridays, join a live 35-minute Weights and Core class.
On Tuesdays and Thursdays, join a live 35-minute yoga class.
On Tuesday evenings, check in on your progress and participate in a live education session.
The classes are live on ZOOM and recorded, so you can do them later in the day if the time doesn't work for you. You will also have access to the Content Library, with over 350 classes.
In addition to the live yoga and weight training classes, you also get four live Focused Topic Masterclasses.
You will get answers to all of your questions about building a strong body naturally.

Limited to 30 participants. You get 30 additional days of access to the program to complete it once the live classes are done. Plenty of time to make up for any illness or vacations planned during the program.
Each week, you get two live Weights & Core classes, two Yoga-Inspired Movement classes, and a focused Masterclass on topics specific to bone loss. The fifth week is your week to see how long-term members are working out and supporting one another.
